Most of our clients submit their 1099s and W2s as needed using the Aatrix integration with Sage products. We are here to assist as needed. Keep in mind Aatrix has a deadline (usually 3 days) prior to the federal filing requirements.
W2s and 1099s need to be distributed to Employees and Vendors by the end of January. This deadline is reduced by Aatrix's 3 day requirement. Filing to State Agencies may be later for 1099s but the process is streamlined where in most cases it is easiest to submit all copies to needed parties at the same time.
